The problem
Stop running your practice from three places.
WhatsApp for bookings, a diary for times and a banking app for payments.
-
Booking by chat
Clients message to ask for a time, and you answer between sessions.
-
Reminders from memory
If you forget to remind someone, they may forget to come.
-
Payments in another app
You open your banking app to see who has paid and who still owes you.
Features
Everything a busy practice needs, nothing it doesn’t.
The tools a practitioner who sees clients one at a time uses every day.
-
Your own booking page
Your services, prices, venues and photos on one page, in your colours. Clients choose a time that is really free.
-
WhatsApp reminders and follow-ups
Each day, Today lists who needs a reminder, a thank-you or a nudge to rebook. One tap opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
-
A diary that knows your venues
Work in more than one place? Set hours per venue, and clients only see times when you are there.
-
Specials with photos
Make a special with photos and its own page, then share it with your clients or on your WhatsApp status.
-
Invoices and payments
Send an invoice on WhatsApp with your bank details, card link or QR code. Mark it paid in one tap. The money goes straight to you.
-
Your calendar, in sync
Connect your Google, Outlook or iPhone calendar so busy times are blocked, and see your bookings in your own calendar.
How it works
Up and running in three steps.
-
Set up step by step
A short setup guide walks you through your services, hours and venues. Rather not? We’ll set it up with you.
-
Share your link
Put your booking link on your WhatsApp status, Instagram and business card. There’s a QR code too.
-
Tap through today’s messages
Open Today, tap Run through and send each message in turn: reminders, thank-yous and invoices, from your own number.
See it
Your whole practice, on your phone.
Clients book a free time themselves
Venue, service, time, done. New bookings land in your diary and on your phone.
Who to message today

FAQ
Questions practitioners ask us.
Do I need a website?
No. Yasenza gives you a booking page with your services, prices, venues and photos. Share its link anywhere. If you already have a website, link to your booking page from it.
Does it send WhatsApp messages for me?
Not by itself. Yasenza writes each message and opens WhatsApp with it ready, and you press send from your own number. That keeps every message personal. We’re working on automatic reminders by email, and later on WhatsApp through its official system.
Can I work at two venues?
Yes. Add each venue with its own address and hours. Clients choose where they’d like their session and only see times when you are there, and travel time between venues is kept free for you.
How do clients pay me?
Straight into your own account. Add your bank details, a card payment link (like Yoco or SnapScan), a PayShap ID or a QR code, and they show on every invoice. Yasenza never holds your money.
Is my clients’ data safe?
Each practice sees only its own clients. We keep what a practice needs to book and follow up: names, numbers, appointments and payments. We keep no health or treatment notes.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Done-for-you setup is R750, once: we add your services, hours, venues and clients with you. Or follow the setup guide yourself at no cost.
Can I bring my clients from another app?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel list of your clients and your future appointments, and connect your current calendar so nothing is booked twice.
See it with your own practice.
We’ll show you Yasenza with your services and hours, and answer your questions.
