In your current app, look for an export or download option for clients and appointments. A CSV or Excel file is perfect.

Yasenza reads the columns and shows you a preview. Nothing is saved until you have checked it.

Put your new booking link on your WhatsApp status and anywhere clients find you. Your old app can run alongside for as long as you like.

FAQ

Will my clients get a message when I import them?
No. Importing sends nothing. Messages only ever go out when you tap send on WhatsApp.
What doesn’t move?
Notes about your clients’ health or treatments. Yasenza keeps no health records, by design, so keep those where they are now.
Do I have to stop using my old app first?
No. You can run both for a few weeks while your clients get used to the new link.
My old app only gives me a PDF. What now?
