Terms of Service

EPromotions (Pty) Ltd · Effective 17 October 2026

1. Who we are and these terms

Yasenza is operated by EPromotions (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2018/560839/07), Sandton Village Estate, Holkam Road, Paulshof, Johannesburg, South Africa (“Yasenza”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply between us and the practice that signs up for Yasenza (“you”), including everyone you give a login to. By creating an account or using Yasenza you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Operator Agreement.

2. The service

Yasenza helps a practice run its bookings and client follow-ups: a public booking page, a diary with venues and hours, a client list, messages prepared for WhatsApp, specials, invoices and receipts that show your payment details, and calendar connections. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page.

3. How WhatsApp messages work

  • Yasenza writes messages to your clients and opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer with the message ready. You send each message yourself, from your own WhatsApp. Yasenza does not send one-to-one WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
  • Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. Yasenza is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its owner.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information, keep your logins safe, and take responsibility for what happens under your account and the people you invite.
  • You are the responsible party for your clients’ personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). You must have a lawful reason to process it and to message your clients.
  • Do not enter health or treatment information about your clients in Yasenza. Yasenza is not designed to hold special personal information.
  • Only publish photos, quotes and other content on your booking page that you own or have permission to use. Client quotes must be genuine and shared with the client’s permission.
  • Use Yasenza lawfully, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, and only to contact your own clients.

5. Your clients’ payments

Your clients pay you directly, using the payment details you add (for example bank details, a card payment link or a PayShap ID). Yasenza never receives, holds or handles your clients’ money. You are responsible for your invoices, your prices and any tax on them, including whether you are registered for VAT.

6. Fees and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page when you sign up. [VAT: the founder confirms whether prices include VAT.]
  • The founding offer (R249 a month for the first 10 practices) stays at that price for as long as the account stays active on that plan.
  • Done-for-you setup is optional and charged once, at the price agreed before we start.
  • We may change our prices with at least [30] days’ notice; a change applies from your next billing month.
  • You may cancel at any time; your plan then does not renew. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

7. Your data

Your client list and appointments belong to you. We process them on your behalf as set out in the Operator Agreement. Before you close your account you can ask us for a copy of your client list. After closure we delete or anonymise your practice’s data within [30] days, except records we must keep by law.

8. Availability

We work to keep Yasenza available and reliable but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill, arising from your use of Yasenza or from any interruption of it, including anything caused by WhatsApp, your phone or your network. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, isn’t paid, or is used in a way that harms Yasenza, other practices or anyone’s clients (for example to message people who are not your clients). You may stop using Yasenza and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Yasenza after that, the updated terms apply.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. [Court with jurisdiction, for example a division of the High Court of South Africa.]
