What to put on your booking page
A good booking page answers a client’s questions before they have to message you. Here is what to include, in the order clients look for it.
1. Who you are, in one line
Your practice name and one plain sentence about what you do and where: “Gentle body alignment in Claremont and Rondebosch” tells a new client more than a slogan does. Add your logo and your colours so the page feels like yours.
2. Your services, with lengths and prices
Clients want to know three things before they book: what it is, how long it takes, and what it costs. Give every service a short description, its length and its price. If you offer a first consultation, list it separately so new clients know where to start.
3. Where and when
- Each venue with its address, a map link and simple directions (“second floor, ring the bell”).
- If you work in more than one place, which days you are where.
- How far ahead clients can book, and how much notice you need.
4. Photos that show the real thing
A cover photo of your space, a photo of you, and a few of the room or your work help a new client feel at ease before they arrive. Use your own photos, and only show people who have agreed to it.
5. A little about you
Two or three sentences: your training, how you work, what a first session is like. Write it the way you would say it to a client in person.
6. Your policies, short and kind
How much notice you need to cancel or move a booking, and anything clients should bring or wear. One or two sentences each is plenty.
7. The questions people always ask
Is there parking? What should I wear? Can I pay by card? If you answer the same question every week, put it on the page.
8. How to pay you
Show your bank details, card payment link or PayShap ID where clients can find them, so paying is easy and nobody has to ask.
9. Real reviews only
A few short quotes from clients, with their permission and their first name, are worth more than any description. Never write your own.
10. Put the link everywhere
On your WhatsApp status and business profile, your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, your business card and a QR code at your front door. The easier it is to find, the fewer bookings arrive by message.
